ok.. ytd training was darn siong.. it's lyk i long time nv do tis training.. cos everything i late.. ahaha.. anyway.. ya.. although there was no sparring ytd.. i was tired inside out man.. dotz.. i did countless jumping jacks and 1 leg hopping arnd the bball court lyk 4 rounds.. carrying a rubbish bin! it stinks lyk crazy man.. woah... then after tt there was abit of partner training and we had to do 2 sets of slamming kick wif our left leg.. haha.. my soles r sore and my entire leg is aching and suffering frm fatigue.. but quite ok lah.. training ended quite early i guess.
Pple used to ask me why did i join tkd? last time it was because i was in Taf club at tt tume.. so bo pian.. but as the time gets longer..i started to fell in luv wif it.. ya.. alot of my frens tt used to join taekwondo started to quit.. until at a pt i was the onli 1 learning.. ya.. then the sch stopped the taekwondo training at sch.. tt was when i stop.. i started lyk 4 yrs ago.. until now i'm onli brown tip. ya.. cos the first yr i wasn't officially in tkd club.. i'm onli training.. then 2nd yr i join.. ya.. the sch then stopped tkd. so i stop 4 2 yrs.. then one of my sir, Stanley which is my shi fu in hair and tkd lah, lol.. told me there's training outside and ask me along.. so i went and continue my journey. Ya.. Until now.. i have encountered lotsa injuries during my sparring and training session.. and i tink the worst was when i tore my ligament when i fell and sprained my ankle.. ya.. i couldn't walk at tt time and had to be wheelbounded.. on a computer chair.. lol.. my parents told me lots of time tt i should quit tkd cos i keep kena tis lah.. but i told them tt it's ok.. and i continue.. I dun noe.. sum pple thinks tt i continue bcos i dun wanna waste money.. and i tot abt it.. ya.. it's bcos of the money.. my padding alone cost me 70 bucks.. but i tink the greater reason is tt my passion towards tkd.. the feeling of winning the match, the rush of adrenaline when i'm training or sparring.. there is nth in the world tt can replace tis.. whr no outsiders could understand.. onli my fellow training mates.. Everytime when i'm defeated during sparring.. i face new strong opponents.. i'll will try my best to rise to the occasion and try my best to defeat them or at least put up a gd fight before i fall.. even if i'm dwn, i'll give them hell b4 i do! ahaha.. ahaha.. heard tt sum pple in our club is starting to backslide.. all i have to say is when u do, try to tink abt wad i say..
